    Maryna Shuliakouskaya, Ph.D., CFE
    Co-Founder, Aspire ME Group

    Maryna Shuliakouskaya brings nearly 20 years of franchising expertise to Aspire ME Group, combining deep operational leadership with strategic brand development. She has held executive roles as Chief Operating Officer of Acadia Management Group and Chief Profitability Officer at Aroma Joe’s Franchising, overseeing performance across dozens of locations and leading teams of over 500 employees annually.

    Earlier in her career, Maryna oversaw operations, marketing, and R&D for Subway of Maine and played a key role in introducing the Auntie Anne’s franchise concept to the New Hampshire market.

    She holds a Ph.D. in International Business, with research focused on how executive leadership influences brand strategy, international expansion, and profitability. A two-time Franchisee of the Year award recipient, she also serves on the York County Community College Foundation Board and teaches doctoral-level business courses at Southern New Hampshire University.

    Maryna’s leadership is rooted in people, knowledge, and inspiration. She believes success comes from empowering others to grow, and her relentless drive is captured in her personal motto: “You can sleep when you’re dead.” At Aspire ME Group, she’s committed to helping international and emerging brands enter the U.S. market with confidence, clarity, and values-driven impact.

    Loren Goodridge, CFE
    Co-Founder, Aspire ME Group

    Loren Goodridge brings over 30 years of leadership in the food and beverage franchise industry, with a track record of scaling operations, optimizing financial performance, and guiding emerging brands. He currently serves as the Managing Partner of Aroma Joe’s Coffee, a rapidly growing regional coffee brand, where he has helped expand the footprint and infrastructure.

    He is also President and CEO of Acadia Management Group, overseeing multi-unit franchise operations across New England. Loren previously served as CEO of Aroma Joe’s Coffee and Development Agent for Subway Development of Maine, and as Co-Manager of Aroma Joe’s Franchising, played a key role in shaping and expanding both franchise systems.

    Known for his strength in finance, operations, and franchise legal structuring, Loren brings strategic discipline and long-term vision to every concept he touches. His leadership blends field experience with boardroom acumen, making him a trusted advisor to brands entering or scaling within the U.S. market.

    Earlier in his career, Loren served as a Nuclear Reactor Operator in the United States Navy, where he developed the precision, resilience, and leadership that continue to guide his work today.

    As Co-Founder of Aspire ME Group, Loren helps U.S. and international brands navigate the franchise landscape with operational excellence, legal clarity, and sustainable growth.
